Q. Is there a minimum purchase amount?

A. No. You can easily place an order without having to think about a minimum order amount.

Q.Part of my order is missing

A. If an item is missing from the parcel although it is stated on your delivery note, please contact Customer Service. Please state your order number and the item number or product name of the missing item and we will of course help you.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. You can also go to My account in the top of the site.

Q. What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

A. Please return the faulty/incorrect item to us. When we have processed the claim, we will refund the money for the item or replace your item.

Q. My parcel is damaged - what do I do?

A. Always check the parcel is okay before accepting receipt of your delivery. Do not accept receipt of the parcel, if it turns out to have been damaged during transportation. The parcel will then be returned to us, and we will refund the money or replace your order.

Q. Do I need to register before placing an order?

A. You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

Q. How do I reset my password?

Q. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

A. When your order is confirmed: 

We will put through an e-mail with the details of your product. Be sure you go through that.

You can also check the order in the "My Accounts" tab.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

A, No, this is unfortunately not possible. To ensure a fast delivery, we will send your order directly to the warehouse for packing and distribution.
